Every parcel in this catalogue is packed and sent by our retail partner. Their terms govern it, not ours.
Who sends the tool
Pressing a button on a page here takes you across to our retail partner. From that point the order is theirs end to end: they hold the stock, take the payment, pack the box and hand it to a carrier. Nothing about the parcel passes through us, and this catalogue keeps no stock of its own.
What delivery costs and how long it takes
Both are shown at the partner checkout before you confirm anything, because both depend on where you are, what else is in the basket and which service you choose.
You will not find a delivery table on this site. Any figure printed here would be stale by the time you read it, and it would not be ours to promise in the first place.
Where a tool can travel
Availability differs by country and sometimes by the single reference. The partner page states it for the piece you are looking at. A few items travel under restrictions that have nothing to do with us: certain liquids, and steel that customs somewhere has decided to read as a blade.
Tracking
Tracking comes from the partner in their confirmation and lives in the account you ordered from. We have no view of it. If a box is late, write to them and not to us.
