If a tool must come back
A tool goes back the way it came, to our retail partner. This page only points you at the right door.
Who takes it back
The seller who took your payment is the one who handles the return, and that is our retail partner. Start it from the account you ordered in, where the order number and the window are already on the screen.
The window and the condition
The partner sets both and states them on the order itself. Read them before the tool leaves your hand. As a rule anything still unused and in its packaging goes back more easily than something that has already been taken to a screw.
If a tool arrives wrong or damaged
Tell the partner first, with a photograph if the box or the steel took the damage. They settle it.
If the fault looks like ours instead, a blade ground off its spec or a stamped number that does not match the shape it sits on, write to [email protected] as well. We want to know when a piece leaves the workshop wrong, and a reference plus a photograph is enough to start looking.
What this catalogue cannot do
We cannot open, track or settle a return, and we cannot put money back on a card. None of it passes through here, and saying otherwise would only waste the days you have.
