Stubborn screws require firm downward pressure without losing your line of sight. We turn this long stainless steel body to give you leverage on tight threads, paired with a broad ball-bearing head that turns smoothly under the index finger. The 2.5 mm blade addresses wider screw slots found on heavy lugs and bridges.
Conical blade shape
We grind the hardened stainless steel blade with a conical taper to fit 2.5 mm slots. The profile seats squarely into broad screwheads to turn tight threads without chewing the slot walls.
Ball bearing head
A wide swivel head rotates on internal ball bearings. You can rest your forefinger firmly on the crown to hold the blade down while your thumb and middle finger turn the knurled shank.
Stainless steel handle
The extended steel body gives your fingers plenty of purchase. We cut a coarse knurling into the grip area so the tool stays steady in the hand when you encounter stubborn, thread-locked screws.
Blade replacement
The blade is held tight inside the ferrule by a side grub screw. When the tip wears down after heavy workshop use, loosen the screw to slide the old blade out and seat a fresh one.
