N Soft Gel Watch Case Casing Cushion 75 mm Black Tool

We cast this 75 mm cushion with a soft gel face that yields under downward pressure. The black body supports the bezel and crystal while you apply a case wrench or lever off a snap back. It seats both flat glasses and high domes without rocking on the bench mat.

Soft gel face

The pliable gel yields to domed crystals and high bezels as downward force is applied. It takes the profile of the watch face rather than forcing the glass against a hard bench block.

Cushion diameter

We turn the body to 75 mm across. The wide footprint provides a steady base on the mat when breaking stubborn case threads or seating snap backs under hand pressure.

Caseback work

The pad holds the front of the case steady while you work the back. It supports the watch during movement extraction, hand setting, and final case assembly.

Bench care

Keep the gel surface clear of brass filings and bench grit by wiping it clean between jobs. Metal chips pressed into soft gel will transfer to the next crystal placed face down.
