Five flat-blade drivers sized at 0.50, 0.60, 0.80, 1.00, and 1.20 mm for small movement screws. We cut the bodies from brass and finish them with chrome plating to resist corrosion at the bench. Each tool turns under a smooth swivel head.
Brass handle body
We turn the main shank from brass and apply a chrome plate over the knurling. The grip gives positive tactile feedback between your thumb and forefinger while holding steady downward pressure.
Selected movement sizes
The run covers 0.50, 0.60, 0.80, 1.00, and 1.20 mm blade widths. These sizes match the small bridge screws, dial screws, and plate fasteners found throughout standard mechanical calibers.
Swivel cap action
The top head spins freely on the brass barrel. You rest your index finger on the cap to seat the blade in the slot, leaving the lower fingers to rotate the knurled body.
Replacing worn blades
A side grub screw locks the flat blade into the ferrule. When an edge breaks or thins out from dressing on an India stone, loosen the screw to insert a fresh tip.
