We turn the barrel of our 30081-080 from stainless steel and fit it with a self-lubricating white polyoxymethylene head. The tool sits between thumb and forefinger while the index finger rests flat on the swivel. It takes standard replacement blades held tight by a side grub screw.
Polyoxymethylene head
The white POM swivel cap turns freely against the stainless body. It gives the index finger a smooth resting point while you rotate the knurled shaft with your fingertips.
Stainless steel barrel
We machine the body with a fine raised band for grip. The metal carries enough mass to let the blade settle into a screw slot under its own balance.
Fixing screw
A small set screw in the side of the ferrule locks the flat of the blade. Loosen it a half turn on the bench to swap in a fresh tip.
Bench identification
The white head marks the size instantly among the drivers in your rack. Other diameters in the 30081 series carry their own distinct colors across the line.
