A flat 2.00mm blade sits in the stainless steel barrel of 30081-200 for broader movement screws, case clamps, and bridge fixings. The knurled grip gives purchase under the fingertips while the swivel head stays stationary beneath the index finger. It runs smoothly as you turn.
The blade profile
We grind the 2.00mm tip with parallel faces so the blade reaches the floor of the screw slot. It fills the opening across its full width without riding up the bevelled shoulders of the fastener.
Stainless steel barrel
The barrel is turned from stainless steel with a banded knurl across the grip section. It gives positive purchase to dry fingertips or leather cots without requiring heavy downward pressure during delicate movement assembly.
Swivel head action
The head rotates freely on the top of the shank. You rest an index finger on the concave cap to hold the tool steady on the screw while the thumb and middle finger turn the barrel below.
Replacing a worn blade
A side grub screw locks the blade shank inside the driver stem. Back the screw out with a smaller driver, draw the worn blade clear, and seat the fresh replacement flat against the bore before tightening.
