We supply this circular abrasive brush for satin finishing work on metal cases and bracelets. The wheel runs carbon silicide abrasive through its working face to produce a uniform grain across flat or curved metal stock. It mounts directly onto an arbor.
Abrasive compound
The wheel carries carbon silicide through its fibers. This grain cuts cleanly across steel and precious metals, producing an even satin finish without gouging the base material.
Wheel dimensions
The brush body measures 100 mm across the outer diameter with a working width of 20 mm. This broad contact area helps lay down straight grain lines across flat case sides.
Arbor bore
The center bore measures 6 mm in diameter. It seats against the flange of a standard polishing spindle or motor arbor without play, turning true once tightened.
Surface preparation
Use the extra fine grit after coarse dressing steps are complete. The wheel establishes the final satin luster on the work before cleaning away loose compound particles.
