Precision Spring Bar Tweezer

Solid end links leave narrow access to the spring bar shoulders. We mount fine fork tips onto a rigid tweezer body so you compress both pivots inward at the same moment. The bracelet releases from the lug horns without disturbing the clasp assembly.

Fine fork tips

We grind each tip down to a 1.0mm diameter profile. The forks seat into the narrow cutouts found on modern solid end links, catching the collars cleanly so you can draw the spring bar free.

Dual jaw action

Squeezing the tweezer draws both sides of the spring bar inward simultaneously. You lift the end piece away from the case lugs in one motion, keeping the spring bar straight between the jaws.

Rigid tweezer body

We form the spring arms stiff enough to hold their alignment under hand pressure. The tips do not splay or twist as you press the shoulders inward against the internal spring.

Tip replacement

The fine forks clamp into the jaw ends with small screws. When a tip wears down through repeated bench use, loosen the screw to set a fresh point into the body.
