Spring Bar Tweezer Lug Removal Fitting Tool

Solid end links leave little room for a single lever to work. We shape the 7825 with twin fork tips that span the lug aperture, catching both shoulders of the spring bar at the same moment. You draw the bar clear without wedging one pivot against the case wall.

Opposing fork tips

Each tip carries a fine fork ground to seat into the shoulder flange of the spring bar. The pair closes parallel, compressing both ends inward so the bracelet end piece lifts straight out from the lug recess.

Access to narrow cutouts

The profile stays slim toward the working ends. This allows the forks to enter the cutouts milled into solid metal end links, where a standard lever cannot find a straight approach to the pivot.

Exchangeable tips

Both forks mount directly to the tweezer arms with small set screws. When a tip wears down or needs renewal after heavy bench use, you loosen the fixing screw and set a fresh fork into the arm.

Body tension and control

The spring steel body holds a steady resistance between your fingers. Closing pressure transfers straight to the tips, giving you a clear feel for the spring bar collapsing as you bring the forks together.
