Spring Bar Tool 6767 Watch Professional Watchmaker Tool Length 145mm

We cut reference 6767 with two working ends for strap and bracelet changes. One end carries a fine fork to catch the shoulder of a spring bar between the lug and the strap material. The opposite end holds a round 0.8 mm pin for drilled lugs.

Fine fork profile

The fork end slips into narrow openings between the strap shoulder and the inner lug wall. It catches the flange of the spring bar so you can compress the pivot cleanly back into the tube without pushing against the leather.

The 0.8 mm mandrel

Opposite the fork, the round 0.8 mm point seats into drilled lug holes. You press the pin through the outer lug wall to release the spring bar pivot from the seat, freeing the strap without levering from inside.

Threaded tip replacement

Both working tips screw into the ends of the solid handle. When a fork edge rounds or a point bends through steady use, you unthread the worn piece and turn in a fresh replacement tip from the 6767 range.

Knurled stainless handle

The body is stainless steel with knurled grip bands cut directly into the round stock. Your fingers sit on the textured bands while your index finger guides the tip right where the spring bar meets the lug hole.
