These replacement ends fit our 6767 tool body when the original working tips become worn or blunt at the bench. One end provides a pointed pin while the other provides a narrow fork. They thread directly into the handle ends.
Pointed pin profile
The straight pin end enters drilled lug holes to depress the spring bar pivot cleanly. It unscrews from the tool handle when worn, allowing quick replacement without altering the handle itself.
Fine fork geometry
The notched fork end slides between the strap shoulder and the inside lug wall to seat over the spring bar flange. Its narrow profile suits closely fitted bracelets and leather bands.
Threaded shank fit
Each replacement tip carries a threaded shank that seats into the knurled body of the tool. The threads seat square so the working tip stays aligned under bench pressure.
Storage and replacement
Keep spare points in a labeled vial on the bench shelf until needed. When a fork edge rounds or a point bends, back the old tip out by hand and thread the fresh one home.
