Driving a bracelet pin with a handheld punch risks canting the tip against the link hole. We built the 8845 to keep the pin pusher square to the link face during the entire stroke. The piece rests in the base block while the screw drives the pin out cleanly.
Support block alignment
The base block holds the bracelet link flat while the driving axis lines up directly over the pin hole. This keeps the pusher moving straight through the link without leaning sideways under pressure.
Interchangeable pin diameters
The press accepts our ejector pins in 0.60 mm, 0.80 mm, and 1.00 mm sizes. You match the pin diameter to the bracelet friction tube so the shoulder does not bind against the inner hole.
Driving and short pins
We supply both standard length 6745-G pins and shorter 6745-GC pins with the unit. The short tip starts a stubborn pin, while the longer pin follows through to clear the link entirely.
Replacing worn pushers
Pusher tips bend if an operator misjudges the center of the link hole. The pin unscrews from the spindle holder so you can seat a fresh tip without replacing the entire tool assembly.

Changing a strap at the lugs
The order of work when a strap or bracelet comes off: which end of the spring bar tool does what, the difference between a fork end and a pin end, drilled lugs against closed lugs, and why the bracelet is held rather than gripped.
