Screwdriver tips deform over time through ordinary bench work. We supply these 1.6 mm replacement blades to renew the fit in screw slots across our 30081, 5970, and 6899 driver handles. A fresh flat face seats squarely across the screwhead.
The blade profile
We grind the working end flat across a 1.6 mm span. The parallel sides enter the slot cleanly so the turning force bears against the walls rather than riding up out of the recess.
Driver compatibility
These stainless steel blades fit our 30081, 5970, and 6899 handles. Release the grub screw on the driver ferrule, slide the old tip out, and seat the new shank firmly into the bore.
Stainless steel stock
