Parallel flat blades

We grind the blade faces parallel so the tip fills the screw slot across its full depth. That keeps down pressure centered along the axis of the thread instead of riding up the chamfer.

Swivel cap control

The broad head spins freely while your index finger rests on top. You apply downward pressure with one finger and turn the knurled body between thumb and forefinger below.

Color coded rings

Each diameter uses an assigned color ring on the ferrule, matching the colored recesses in the carousel. You reach for the correct width without checking the tip against a scale.
