We supply this applicator box dry so you can charge it with your own choice of lubricant. Two internal foam pads spread silicone or specialized paste across flat case gaskets and round O-rings before caseback closure. The body holds seals up to 60 mm across. It keeps grease off bench mats and tweezers.
Dry foam pads
Two foam inserts meet inside the box when closed. You apply a small amount of your preferred grease to the foam, lay the gasket between the layers, and turn the lid to coat both sides evenly.
Gasket size capacity
The circular chamber accepts caseback seals, bezel packings, and round O-rings up to 60 mm. The diameter accommodates large diver gaskets without pinching or folding the elastomer.
Choice of lubricant
Because we leave the pads uncharged, you select the compound required for the job. The foam accepts standard silicone lubricants, Fomlube UT18, Shinezy 3, Silicon 7, or Molykote DX paste.
Sealed bench storage
The threaded lid keeps shop dust and filings off the charged foam between case jobs. Keep the box closed on the bench so the internal grease does not collect stray bench debris.
