We turn this handle from metal with a matte black finish and cut cross-knurling along the grip. The 5767-F carries a fine fork at one end and a slender cylindrical pin at the other. It sits between the fingers for steady work inside tight lug openings and drilled spring bar holes.
Fine fork tip
The 5767-A fork measures 1.00mm across the tines. We shape the notch to catch the flange of a spring bar without spreading wide enough to foul the inner wall of a narrow lug.
Pointed pin end
The opposite end takes the 5767-B pin at 0.80mm. It enters drilled lug holes cleanly to compress the inner pivot pin, or serves to depress clasp micro-adjustment detents on metal bracelets.
Turned metal handle
We cut diamond knurling directly into the black body where the index finger and thumb rest. The central barrel is six-sided so the tool stays where you lay it on the bench skin.
Replacing threaded points
Both working tips screw into the ends of the handle. When a tine burrs or a pin bends under pressure, thread the damaged point out and seat a fresh tip against the internal shoulder.

Changing a strap at the lugs
The order of work when a strap or bracelet comes off: which end of the spring bar tool does what, the difference between a fork end and a pin end, drilled lugs against closed lugs, and why the bracelet is held rather than gripped.
