We build our 6819 pliers to drive link pins out of metal bracelets and press them back home. The tool rests in one hand while the lever advances the pin pusher squarely against the link. You set the band into the support jaw, align the pin, and squeeze without striking the link.
Support spacers
Four interchangeable spacers in 4 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm seat the bracelet links at the proper working height. They steady the link against the jaw so the pin exits straight.
Pusher pin sizes
The tool accepts interchangeable plungers in 0.75 mm and 0.85 mm widths. Each pin seats into the driving axis to press against common bracelet friction pins without binding on the link bore.
Lever action
The plier handles deliver steady linear travel to the tip. This controlled push replaces the repeated hammer taps of a traditional punch block, keeping the force aligned along the pin axis.
Replacing the tips
Worn or bent pusher pins unseat directly from the drive head for quick exchange at the bench. Keeping spare tips on hand lets you match the plunger diameter to the pin channel.

Changing a strap at the lugs
The order of work when a strap or bracelet comes off: which end of the spring bar tool does what, the difference between a fork end and a pin end, drilled lugs against closed lugs, and why the bracelet is held rather than gripped.
