We turn this pin punch for bracelet link work where a direct drift is required. The hardened steel tip measures 0.80 mm across the working face to enter narrow link holes squarely. It sits firmly in the hand while you tap the shank with a small brass mallet.

Hardened steel pin

The 0.80 mm pin is ground from hardened stainless steel to stay straight under mallet strikes. It meets the end of the link pin flat, drifting the friction sleeve out of the joint without mushrooming the point.

Knurled body

A knurled pattern rings the steel handle where your thumb and forefinger grip it. This texture keeps the punch upright over the hole while the other hand handles the mallet.

Working size 0.80 mm

This punch carries our 0.80 mm diameter tip, sized for modern metal bracelets with split pins or pin-and-collar systems. Keep the punch aligned with the bore of the link before driving the pin through.

Replacing worn tips

The tip can be unseated from the handle socket if it bends under sideways pressure. Push the old pin straight out of the collar and seat a fresh 0.80 mm replacement tip into the bore.
