Watch Spring Bar Tool - Long Stainless Steel Handle with Replaceable

We cut the main handle with raised knurling to give the fingers purchase during strap and bracelet changes. One threaded chuck holds a wide fork tip, while the opposite end secures a reversible insert with a narrow fork on one side and a straight round pin on the other. Both ends unscrew when tips require replacement.

Reversible fine insert

The narrow tip reverses inside its threaded chuck. One end gives a fine fork for metal bracelet shoulders, while the opposite end forms a round pin suited for drilled lugs and recessed push buttons.

Broad fork spatula

At the other end of tool 6111, we fit a wider fork blade. The broad profile engages leather and rubber strap shoulders where a larger contact area helps catch the spring bar flange through soft material.

Knurled barrel body

The central handle carries rings of cross knurling along its length. These bands stop the barrel turning between thumb and forefinger when you compress a stiff spring bar inside tight lug spaces.

Chuck tip replacement

Each tip threads directly into the tool ends. When an edge wears or a pin bends under bench use, you back off the chuck by hand to fit replacement ends without replacing the solid handle.
