This 0.50mm screwdriver handles the smallest movement screws on the bench. We fit an orange swivel head so the driver is recognized on the rack without checking the blade under magnification. The knurled barrel gives your fingertips purchase while the forefinger rests flat on the cap.
Orange swivel cap
The orange synthetic head turns freely while the forefinger holds down the driver. It marks the 0.50mm size at a glance on the bench mat or in a revolving stand.
Parallel blade profile
We grind the 0.50mm flat blade with parallel faces rather than a tapered wedge. The flats seat straight to the floor of narrow screw slots on small bridges and balance cocks.
Knurled barrel grip
The knurling runs along the metal barrel to stop your fingers from drifting during delicate assembly. The barrel remains narrow to leave screw heads visible from above.
Replacing the blade
A set screw on the side of the ferrule clamps the blade in place. Back it out to slide a notched or dressed 0.50mm blade into the barrel.
