Bare fingers leave skin oil on freshly cleaned bridges, plates, and train wheels. We form our 7968-18 latex thimbles to cover individual fingertips without powder that could migrate into jeweled bearings. They unroll over the finger for movement assembly and casing work.

Powderless latex membrane

We wash these thimbles so no talc or dust transfers from the rubber to dry train pivots. The thin latex preserves the tactile feel of bridge screws and balance cocks under the tweezers.

Antistatic formulation

The material dissipates static charges during movement assembly. It suits work where loose synthetic hairsprings or small electronic components can cling to ordinary rubber surfaces.

Rolled rim fit

Each piece unrolls down the digit with a seated bead at the base. This medium profile stays seated during prolonged bench sessions without cutting off circulation at the joint.
