We turn the bodies from stainless steel and sleeve them in elastomer for a steady hold under the fingertips. The swivel heads run on self lubricating POM material, so the top rests under your index finger while the shank turns without dragging. Flat blades range from 0.80mm to 1.60mm for work on bridges and small screws.
Elastomer coated shank
The steel handle carries an elastomer sleeve along the grip section. It gives the fingertips purchase without requiring heavy pressure against the movement plate.
Self lubricating POM head
The concave swivel head rests under your index finger. Molded from self lubricating POM material, it turns freely as you roll the shank between thumb and forefinger.
Five flat blade widths
We include flat blades sized at 0.80mm, 1.00mm, 1.20mm, 1.40mm, and 1.60mm. Each blade matches standard movement screws across typical caliber assemblies.
Replacing worn blades
A set screw holds each flat blade inside the driver nose. Loosen it to slip out a chipped blade and tighten it down on a fresh spare from the 6899 family.

A note that touches this tool
Reading a catalogue number
What the parts of a Bergeon reference number mean, why the number is how a tool is asked for, how a suffix marks a size or a variant of the same family, and how to find the spare blade for a handle you already own.
Choosing a blade width
Why a screwdriver is chosen by the width of its blade rather than by its name, what happens to a screw head when the blade is a step too narrow, how the blades are stepped through the range, and how a worn blade is dressed or swapped.
