Spring bar points take direct thrust against drilled lug holes and clasp pins, and the tip will eventually show wear. We turn this 0.8 mm replacement point to seat directly into the threaded end of our 6767 handle. It restores the tool without replacing the brass or steel body.
Point diameter
We turn the working cylindrical end to 0.8 mm. This diameter enters drilled watch lugs and clasp adjustment holes to depress the spring bar shoulder without binding in the opening.
Threaded shank
The opposite end carries threads that match the tapped socket of our 6767 body. It screws down flush against the handle face so axial force travels straight through the metal.
Replacing worn tips
Unscrew the blunted point by hand or with smooth pliers over paper. Thread the fresh 6767-B point home until it seats firm against the collar before taking it back to the bench.
Dedicated pin work
Use this round tip strictly for pressing pins through drilled holes or micro-adjust clasps. For flanged spring bars accessed from between solid lugs, use our matching fork end instead.
