Broken screws leave little to purchase on with a hand screwdriver. We make the 30209 screw extractor regulator tool to hold the work rigid in a bench vice while driving pins back out the remaining thread. Regulation and fixation screws establish alignment before force is applied.
Vice mounting body
The frame clamps directly between vice jaws. This keeps both hands free to steady the movement plate and advance the regulation screws without tilting the assembly.
Reversible driving pins
We supply double-ended pins sized at 0.80 mm and 1.00 mm. Each pin reverses inside the holder, giving two working ends per diameter before dressing or replacement is needed.
Regulation screws
Positioning screws adjust the height and depth of the pin against the stubborn stub. Fine threads give steady control while centering the tip over the sheared thread.
Pin replacement
Worn or twisted pins release through the fixation screw on the carrier. Seat the fresh end flat against the internal stop before tightening the clamp back down.
