Screwdriver 0.80mm Swiss Made

The 0.80mm blade on our 30080-03 screwdriver meets the narrow slots found inside vintage and modern calibres. We cut the flat sides parallel rather than tapered, so the steel contacts the screw slot walls across the full depth. Your index finger rests on the swivel head while the knurled body turns between thumb and forefinger.

Blade profile

We grind the 0.80mm tip parallel so the edges bear evenly along the slot walls. That flat shape stays down in the cut instead of lifting under turning pressure.

Handle and knurling

The metal body carries fine knurling along the grip area. It gives your fingers purchase during light assembly work without requiring a heavy pinch.

Swivel head action

The cap turns freely on the top of the shaft. You keep downward pressure with one fingertip while your remaining fingers roll the barrel to back out a thread.

Blade replacement

A small set screw in the ferrule clamps the blade shank. When the tip wears from use, loosen the screw to seat a fresh blade and tighten it back down.
