These replacement blades fit into our matching movement screwdriver handles. The 0.80mm profile is shaped to address small bridge screws and balance cocks where a wider edge cannot enter the slot. Keep the spares inside their small box until the current blade shows wear.

Blade tip profile

The 0.80mm working edge matches small movement screws. Its parallel sides enter narrow bridge slots without rubbing against the countersink walls.

Fitting the shank

Loosen the set screw on the handle ferrule to slide out the blunt tip. The replacement blade seats down the central bore before tightening the clamp again.

Boxed bench storage

The blades come in their own small box to keep the ground edges separated from other bench clutter. You can set the container right beside the screwdriver stand.

Dressing the flat

When the edge rounds over during assembly work, you can dress it flat across an Arkansas stone. Once the working width is lost, fit a fresh blade from this box.
