Setting a hand square against the wheel arbor takes a tool that bears straight down without touching the dial face. We supply our 8404-S04 assortment with four distinct pushers in their own bench stand. Each tip profile matches a specific post diameter so pressure sits over the pipe alone.

Pushing tip profiles

The synthetic tips are shaped to press against the hand boss without contacting the pinion pivot. The bores are stepped at 0.6 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.6 mm to fit standard posts.

Knurled tool body

We cut fine knurling into the metal body where the fingers rest. The barrel gives you steady vertical alignment as you feel the pipe seat onto the arbor.

Bench stand storage

The tools rest upright in a heavy base at the edge of the mat. You can select the correct size by feel and return it without searching the bench.

Tip replacement

The synthetic ends push hands flat and take the direct wear of the arbor. When a tip mouth widens through use, it unseats from the ferrule for renewal.
