We cut reference 6767-S for standard strap swaps and lug hole work. The body holds a wide fork on one end and a cylindrical pin on the other. Both tips thread directly into the handle barrel, paired with a soft cloth for wiping down the metal surfaces between jobs.

Wide fork profile

The 3.00mm fork spans the shoulder of standard leather and rubber spring bars. It seats into the flange so you can compress the internal spring back toward the lug wall with steady bench pressure.

Cylindrical pin end

Opposite the fork sits a 0.80mm pointed tip. It pushes straight into pierced case lugs to release drilled spring bars, and it clears out detritus packed into lug holes before a new bar is fitted.

Knurled brass handle

We mill deep knurling along the central body so fingers do not slip when working close to the case back. The barrel provides solid purchase without adding bulk between tight lug openings.

Threaded tip replacement

Both the point and the fork unscrew from the central body. When a tip wears down or bends from long service, you turn it out of the threaded socket and seat a fresh point.
