Fine fibres woven with silver yarn give the 7854 its antistatic behaviour. We weave this square for wiping down crystals, case backs, and finished metal before cased-up work leaves the bench. The weave catches fine dust rather than pushing it around the rim.
Conductive silver yarn
Silver threads running through the polyester and polyamide weave dissipate static charge. That stops dried glass and polished steel from pulling fresh lint back to the surface after a wipe.
Square bench dimensions
At 300 mm by 300 mm, the cloth gives ample working area. Fold it twice to keep clean working faces ready, or lay it flat on the mat during final assembly.
Clean room suitability
We prepare this microfibre for clean room and electrostatic discharge areas. The edges are finished so loose fibres do not shed onto movement plates or under the bezel during polishing.
Care and maintenance
Wash the cloth when grease and bench dust load the fibres. Use warm water without fabric softener, air dry flat, and keep it folded in a sealed box between uses.
