Polymide Plastic Stick Very Resistant Watch Tool

We shape the 7010 from polyamide stock to give the bench a rigid probe that resists oils and workshop solvents. One end tapers to a point while the other finishes in a wide flat face. It holds components under light pressure during assembly and cleans recesses without splintering like boxwood.

Pointed tip profile

We grind the narrow end to a fine conical tip for placing train wheels, guiding spring tails, or clearing dried grease from pinion leaves. It keeps its shape under steady hand pressure.

Flat working end

The opposite end terminates in a broad chisel face. You use it to steady a bridge over its dial train while the first screw catches thread, or to ease a balance cock into position.

Polyamide body material

Polyamide does not soak up oils, moisture, or cleaning fluids from the movement plates. It wipes clean on tissue without shedding fibers or leaving broken grain across a finished bridge.

Bench handling

The cylindrical shank gives a firm grip between the fingers without flexing. It rests on the bench mat beside your tweezers and dresses clean across fine abrasive paper when the point wears.
