Glass fiber bundles let you scrub tight corners and satin surfaces without chemical baths. We build the 2834-C into a slim pen body that fits between index finger and thumb like a drafting pencil. The twist feed lets you expose only as much bristle as the task demands.
Fiber glass brush tip
The bundled fibers shear across metal to lift stubborn oxidation and leave a straight, fine grain. Keep the exposed bundle short when you need firm scouring pressure on a case lug or bracket.
Pen barrel feed
A twist of the upper cap advances the fiber bundle through the metal nose cone. Advancing a small amount at a time keeps the individual strands from splaying wide during a stroke.
Grip and control
The slender barrel balances close to the work surface. It lets you draw straight, parallel scratch patterns on small metal components where a wider bench wheel or block would bite into adjacent edges.
Replacing the insert
When the fibers wear down to the collar, remove the worn core and seat a fresh refill through the mechanism. The pen body stays at your bench across many brush renewals.
