Dust and dried compound settle on cases during assembly. We weave the 7850-3 from polyester and polyamide fibres to lift residue without chemical baths. It serves dry at the final inspection or alongside pegwood at the bench.
The weave
The tight blend of polyester and polyamide traps fine particles directly within the fibres. It gathers oil films and loose debris without dragging them across polished flats.
Sizing at the bench
Measuring 300mm by 350mm, the cloth covers a large working area. It folds down for wrapping a cased movement or spreads flat across a tray.
Clean room use
The structure sheds minimal lint under high magnification. It fits clean room environments where loose thread fragments would compromise a fresh train of wheels.
Maintenance and care
Wash the cloth when loaded with compound, avoiding softeners that coat the microfibre. Store it folded inside a closed box away from filing dust.
