Chronograph pushers that thread directly into a case middle need a drive that seats fully over the flutes. We machine the 5901-P03 key with a 3.3mm profile to mate with these threaded components. It applies steady turning force square to the tube axis.
Profile and size
We cut the internal drive to a 3.3mm pattern. The profile matches the perimeter of screw-on pushers and tubes, seating deep enough to take up torque without riding up over the edges.
Threading and release
The tool grips the pusher body for both installation and removal. Turning it slowly keeps the threads aligned with the case tapping, which avoids cross-threading during assembly.
Body and grip
We knurl the outer body so your fingers find purchase during light tightening. When a tube has set firm in a case, the round shape lets you apply controlled leverage without canting the tool.
Bench organization
This piece forms part of our 5901 series of dedicated pusher drivers. It stores upright in a standard bench block or tray alongside matching keys, ready for pusher replacement jobs.
